1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of Proforge, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Proforge on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Proforge is a visual prompt generator platform that allows users to build, edit, version, and test prompts for use with AI models including chat, image generation, agent, and video workflows. Features include reusable prompt components, A/B variant testing, prompt history, templates, and an AI-powered prompt optimiser.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Proforge to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our consent
• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you breach these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Proforge platform — including software, designs, trademarks, and text — are the exclusive property of Proforge.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any prompts, components, and content you create using Proforge. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

Early-access pricing is available to users who sign up during the pre-launch period and may be locked in at the rate applicable at the time of subscription.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Proforge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that outputs generated will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proforge.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Proforge after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
